NOW and TILL CANCELLATION we are working on a dental on-call basis. Due to space considerations we are only able to provide assistance to patients:

• without suspected coronavirus infection,
• not in quarantine,
• not in contact with persons abroad or in quarantine within the past 14 days,
• not having symptoms of coronavirus infection or any cold symptoms (runny nose, cough, fever, shortness of breath).

 This means that we will ACCEPT patients (after conducting an initial epidemiological interview over the phone):

• with severe pain requiring the use of strong painkillers
• with soft tissue swelling that originates in the oral cavity
• with pulp inflammation
• with abscess, inflammation requiring surgical intervention
• in emergencies (injuries)

In the coming weeks we will NOT accept patients:

• for scheduled prosthetic treatment
• for planned implant treatment
• for hygienization and preventive treatments (scaling with sandblasting)
• for conservative treatment (fillings, which can wait until the next few weeks to be replaced or made)
• for aesthetic treatment (veneers, whitening, smile cosmetics)

Providing personal protective equipment that will create a safe working environment for our team and our patients is challenging. Therefore, please be thoughtful when you call for a consultation and register for an appointment.

For us, each patient admission involves the use and application of special personal protective equipment, which in the current reality requires a huge logistical effort and considerable financial outlays. Therefore, we are forced to slightly increase the prices of our services, due to the working conditions we want to create for the safety of our Patients.

We believe that this will not be very noticeable and that we will meet with understanding.

We do our best to still be able to responsibly provide help, guided by the principle of primum non nocere (above all, do no harm).
