1. Make an appointment by phone only, even if you are our neighbor and walk by the office door every day.
2. In the phone interview, you will be asked to answer a few questions and to provide your PESEL number.
3. Come in for an appointment just before your scheduled time.
4. Come to the appointment unaccompanied.
5. A minor patient can only come with one caregiver, no accompanying siblings.
6. Have your ID ready for verification through the glass of the front door.
7. When you enter the office, stay in your mask covering your mouth and nose until the doctor asks you to remove it.
8. Disinfect your hands and wear the gloves provided by the assistant.
9. An assistant will take the temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Patients with temperatures above 37.3 'C will not be allowed to be admitted.
10. Complete the forms.
11. Remain in your seat in the waiting room until the assistant invites you into the office.
12. Do not use the phone - it has not been disinfected.
13. Stay gloved until the end of your visit.
14. Parents of young children are asked not to let their children run around the waiting room and touch unnecessary things.
15. Remove gloves when leaving the office and dispose of them in a dedicated trash can at the entrance.

How have we prepared the office for this difficult time?

In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, the Polish Dental Association and the National Consultant for Infectious Diseases, we have changed the organization of work in the office and equipped the office with the necessary equipment and protective measures for patients and staff.

We carry out air decontamination in offices by fogging with special devices and preparations after each patient. We use disposable partitions to limit the spread of aerosol. We increase the efficiency of ventilation.

We use enhanced personal protective equipment such as coveralls, disposable aprons, FFP3 masks, and extended visors. We reserve an appropriate amount of time needed to prepare a safe office.

In order to maintain a higher standard of sanitation we are forced to introduce an additional fee of 100 PLN added to each visit. Therefore, we ask you to plan your visit rationally.
